About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to lend your Solution Architecture expertise to provide support on high profile projects. Our client groups are working on high impact projects on state level. The role requires a consultant who is self directed and passionate about helping organisations through architecting solutions to modernise the customer journey.

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to evaluate and current state and make expert recommendations to improve customer experience. The Solution Architect will understand the customer's requirement and translate it to the technical teams. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is willing to make a big impact and be equipped with good new ideas to design robust solutions, recommend best practices, comply with all technical and business requirements.

Your key accountabilities:

  • Take ownership of customer requirements
  • Communication with stakeholders
  • Own the design of the provided solution
  • Provide proper documentation
  • Escalate issues at the right time to the management and avoid last minute shockers
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Partner with client groups to understand the nature of their business and provide a high level of customer service
  • Work closely with the involved teams and work towards the deliverables

To apply for this role you will have the following skills & experience:

  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience in one or more of this: SAP, SAP Ariba, Supplier Performance Management (SPM) Surveys, native and customer experience apps
  • Proven working experience in enterprise technical projects or IT projects
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to work with customers with non-technical understanding
