About the role


Are you a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Agency Manager with a specialisation in the IT Industry? 


We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and take the lead in building our recruitment business. This is an exciting opportunity to refine our recruitment strategy, workflows, and practices to always be aligned with best practices, while growing our team and acquiring new clients. If you are a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for business development, this role is for you!


At our company, we have already established a strong foundation for success. Our talented candidates have been involved in well-known projects such as the NSW Drivers Licence, Covid Safe Check-In App, Service NSW app, Regulatory platforms, and Financial infrastructure. Now, we are looking for someone to bring their expertise and leadership to expand on our vision and bring it to life.


Responsibilities:


  • Refine recruitment strategy, workflows, and practices to align with best practices in the IT and Recruitment Industries

  • Build and lead a high-performing team

  • Acquire new clients who require talent for IT software/infrastructure related projects

  • Ensure exceptional service and satisfaction for our current clients

  • Develop and implement a strategic growth plan for the business

  • Ensures the recruitment contract management policies and practices are compliant and applied where required

  • Planning, forecasting, and management of financial measures when introducing new approaches within this arm of the business


Expertise and Experience:


  • Strong experience as a recruiter with a solid understanding of IT professionals' recruitment

  • Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients for IT software/infrastructure related projects

  • Socially and relationally competent, with an ability to build and maintain genuine connections with people

  • Previous experience leading a team, setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and driving mutual success

  • Certification in Sales or Sales Management (desirable) or demonstrated sales capability

  • Certification in Marketing / Business Development (desirable) or demonstrated BD capability

Other requirements:


  • Australian citizen or resident only with a proper working visa.

  • Resides within the Sydney region in NSW with access to travel to the city for meetings with current and/or potential clients
